    Police Report

    Outstanding Warrant--Dec. 6, 8:57 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue/Bachman Avenue. Police discovered the person in question had a misdemeanor warrant for $15,000 for failure to appear, and took the person to jail.

    Disturbance/Malicious Mischief--Dec. 6, 11:24 p.m. on Los Gatos Saratoga Road. The reporting party told police that his or her roommate was intoxicated and throwing things around the house. The roommate promised to sleep it off and not throw anything else outside.

    Temporary Restraining Order--Dec. 6, 8:19 p.m. on W. Main Street. The person in question was violating a temporary restraining order by calling the victim.

    Suspicious Person/Unstable Person--Dec. 6, 1:35 p.m. on Pollard Road. Hospital security chased an individual who was pretending to have a gun. Police discovered the subject was a prisoner in custody and took him to Valley Medical Center.

    Vehicle Accident, Property Damaged--Dec. 6, 12:47 p.m. on National Avenue/Carlton. Two vehicles collided. One party was a prisoner in custody and was judged to be DUI. Police took the party to jail and the sobering station. There was little damage to either vehicle.
