    Nearly a Parade-Stopper

Jon Anderson barely made it to the Children's Christmas and Holiday Parade this year, what with all the excitement on the home front. Robin, a 9-year-old dromedary who lives on Anderson's Santa Cruz Mountains property and also hangs out at his A to Z Nursery during the holiday season, gave birth on the morning of the parade. The new addition's father is named George, but the newborn is still nameless, so Anderson decided to let visitors to the Christmas tree lot help come up with the name. He's even promised a $100 gift certificate to the nursery for the winner. Above, Robin and baby are doing well hours after the birth, and visitors ponder an appropriate name.
