Los Gatos Weekly-Times Golden Days Long-time Los Gatans John and June Estruth celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 5 at a tailgate party during a football game between Stanford and San Jose State universities. They were married Sept. 4, 1948. John is a retired maintenance superintendent for the town of Los Gatos. June is a homemaker. Joining the couple were their children and their spouses, John and Cindy Estruth of Tracy, and Judy and Bob Watkins of San Jose; and grandchildren John-O and Jannah Estruth and Andy, Thomas and Brett Watkins.
