Police Report
Drunk in public--Feb. 10, 2:51 a.m. Police responded to a call of a suspicious person on Union Avenue in Campbell. They found a woman determined to be intoxicated in public. She was arrested for being drunk in public, and she was also charged with having a fake ID.

Vandalism--Feb. 10, 1:33 p.m. A report was taken for a vandalism that occurred on W. Main Street. Two unknown juveniles entered the gated pool area of a hotel and skateboarded in the drained swimming pool. Numerous areas of the pool were damaged as a result.

Battery--Feb. 11, 7:48 p.m. Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call that came from a business on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. An unidentified male juvenile became upset with the store manager because the manager would not give him matches without proper identification. The juvenile punched the manager in the face and then fled the scene.

Drunken driving--Feb. 11, 4:18 a.m. An adult male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was stopped for a traffic violation at N. Santa Cruz Avenue near Bachman Avenue.

Vandalism--Feb. 11, 10:24 a.m. A Ford van was vandalized at Carlton Avenue. An unknown person broke out all three right- side windows.

Battery--Feb. 11, 6:14 p.m. A woman was pushed down a hillside on Jones Road twice by a man who said that he was mad at her because her dogs, which were off-leash, charged him. They yelled at each other and the man pushed her down a hillside. She then hit him in the arm with her leash. The man was not found.

Minor in possession of alcohol--Feb. 12, 3:10 a.m. A minor was cited and released for hosting a party with alcohol at his residence on Cherrystone Drive.

Car burglary--Feb. 10, 8:18 a.m. A car parked on Blossom Hill Road in front of a home was broken into, and the right front car window was broken during the night. The owner's sunglasses, laptop and BlackBerry were stolen.

Vandalism--Feb. 9, 11:31 a.m. An unknown person poured an unknown oily substance on the front lawn of a residence on Drakes Bay Avenue. The lawn is now dying.

Indecent exposure--Feb. 9. 4:53 p.m. A male subject walked into a store on W. Main Street and tried on a pair of jeans. When they did not fit, he took the jeans off and put his own jeans back on. The man then made reference to the seam in the inner part of his left leg. When the victim looked toward the man, the head of the man's penis was hanging out in front of his jeans.

Fraud--Feb. 8, 12:48 p.m. A theft by fraud occurred at Park Avenue. A person in New York allegedly offered to assist the victim in obtaining a $500 million line of credit if the victim wired him money. The victim wired the suspect money and was provided with a fraudulent asset transfer information for the $500 million credit line. The victim asked for the money back, and the suspect refused.
