The Heart of the Event: Zachary Covarrubias, a sixth-grader at St. Leo the Great School who has had three open-heart surgeries, took part in the school's Jump Rope For Heart on Feb. 28. The event raises money for the American Heart Association and awareness of the importance of physical fitness among the students.
