Lunch Time: Willie Meagher wanted to open his Lowry's Irish Coffee House in time for last year's St. Patrick's Day celebrations, but missed it by a couple of weeks. This year, though, Meagher is ready to offer traditional Irish fare, such as Irish oatmeal and corned beef and cabbage, as well as other more standard deli dishes with a definite Irish flair.
