By Any Other Name: Longtime owner of Greenhouse Flowers Allen Hahn, who was the first florist in San Jose to carry the stunning large Ecuadorian roses with 3-inch blooms atop 2- to 3-foot-long stems, is retiring after more than 17 years in business. Before opening the shop, Hahn didn't know a daisy from a black-eyed Susan.
