Iuppa, Heintz
Christin Alysandra Iuppa and Matthew William Heintz were married on Nov. 11 at Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Belmont.
The bride is the daughter of Nicholas and Virginia Iuppa of Belmont. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, she earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish at San Diego State University and works as a senior litigation paralegal specializing in biotech patent litigation at Cooley Godward law firm in Palo Alto.
The groom is the son of Walter and Beatrice Heintz of Saratoga. A Saint Francis High School graduate, he earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at UCLA and works as a warehouse manager at University Electric in Santa Clara. The store is owned and run by his family.
The wedding ceremony was performed by Father John Sigler of Simi Valley. Sigler was one of the bride's college housemates.
For the wedding, Christin wore a replica of a 1930s evening gown owned by her maternal grandmother. Made of white velvet with an empire waist, long sleeves and velvet-covered buttons, it was made by the bride's friend, Sara Armstrong. The groom wore a classic tuxedo with striped trousers, pearl gray vest, striped tie and charcoal cutaway coat. In keeping with the 1930s theme, the newlyweds departed after the ceremony in a navy blue 1937 Buick Roadmaster.
The couple honeymooned in Italy, and they live in Santa Clara.
Zodrow, Schreder
Antoinette Zodrow and Seward Schreder were married on Nov. 25 at Our Divine Savior Catholic Church in Chico.
The daughter of Warren and Mary Zodrow of Saratoga, the bride is a graduate of St. Francis High School and graduated from Chico State University in 1993 with a degree in construction management.
The groom is the son of Caroline Schreder of Shasta and Jack Schreder of Redding. A graduate of Shasta High School, he earned a degree in construction management at Chico State in 1990. He is the owner of Seward L. Schreder Construction Co. in Chico. Antoinette works there as a project manager.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Las Vegas and live in Chico.
