West Valley College offers a Preparation for Citizenship Course Jan. 22-March 12 and March 29-May 24. The one-unit course is designed for people who need help in getting ready to take the U. S. citizenship test. Classes will meet on the Saratoga campus, 14000 Fruitvale Ave., Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
