Student recognized by honor society

Christopher Reed of Saratoga, a junior at Oregon State University in Corvallis majoring in exercise and sport science, is among students recognized by the honor society Phi Kappa Phi with junior accolades.

Students named to Dean's Honors List

Three Saratoga students at UC- Santa Barbara have been selected for the Dean's Honors List, on the basis of their academic work during the fall quarter. They are Adam J. Friedman, biological sciences; Jonathan Ben Kaplan, religious studies; and Nicole K. Sugimoto, communication.

Saratogans graduate from UC-Santa Barbara

A number of Saratogans have received degrees from UC-Santa Barbara. They include Jacquelyn Gail Barton, B.S. in biological sciences; Lauri Suzanne Blue, B.A. in film studies; Julia Davis, B.A. in English; Aimee E. Hottinger, B.S., biological sciences; Lisa Diane Jerves, B.A., law and society; Benjamin Yuan Tsan Lin, B.S., electrical engineering; Marianne Patricia Shepherd, B.A., business economics; Linda Carol Shevock, B.A., anthropology; Lori W. Siu, B.S., microbiology; Tamzin Maria Smith, B.A., anthropology; Kark Kevin Stellrecht, B.A., environmental studies and Germanic languages and literature; Amie Nicole Thuener, B.A., business economics and philosophy.
