Joining them are a handful of women serving on various Montalvo committees. Lois DeBrock is the artist in residency representative; Kay Twardus will schedule docents for the Gallery at Montalvo; and Marilyn Grafft returns as chair of the Outreach Program. All are Saratogans.

Guiding new MSG provisional members is Ellen Prandi of Saratoga; sustaining members will be served by Emily Dorr, while Gloria Moore maintains archives as historian and Harriet Zelina serves as parliamentarian. Dorr, Moore and Zelina are all Los Gatans. Dianne Sloan will serve as presidential advisor.

Directing the MSG's social activities is Marian Crowell of San Jose, with Saratogan Pat Albert supervising the Spring Tea. Caroline Clark is in charge of the provisional members' party.

The aim of the Montalvo Service Group is to raise funds for Villa Montalvo, a nonprofit arts organization whose mission is to inspire a love of the arts in everyone through creation, education and presentation. It is also dedicated to maintaining the villa and surrounding grounds.
