Petty Theft, Fraudulent Use of Access Card--Jan. 21, at noon on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. The victim reported that an unknown suspect took her credit card from the glove box of her vehicle when it was parked in a parking lot. The victim said that the vehicle was probably unlocked, since there was no forced entry. She said that when she reported the theft to her credit card company, an employee of the company told her that the card was used to purchase gas the night before at a service station on the corner of Saratoga Avenue and Bucknell.
