Saratoga News Gearing up for the Fourth If the Lions Club has brought out the flag and the patriotic hats, it must mean Saratoga's Hometown Celebration is already in the planning stages. And in fact it is, according to Lions (from left) Karin Dowdy, Marlene Duffin, Bob Louden and Barbara Major. They're inviting all community organizations, entertainment groups and interested citizens to a meeting Feb. 11 at 3:30 p.m. at Saratoga City Hall. The annual Fourth of July celebration will be held this year at West Valley College. For more information about the meeting, call Marlene Duffin, 867-1410.
