A reception for the artists takes place Feb. 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. Regular gallery hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday, 11 am. to 9 p.m. For more information, call 867-0171. Exchange students need host families The ASSE International Student Exchange Program seeks local families to host teenagers, ages 15 to 18, who are coming to the United States for the upcoming school year. All students speak English, bring money and insurance, are ready to share household responsibilities and have been screened by ASSE, a nonprofit organization originally started by the Swedish Ministry of Education to promote intercultural understanding. Host families may choose a student by reading biographical essays written by the students themselves. ASSE also seeks American high school students to spend a school year abroad. Shorter summer programs are also offered. For information, call 370-0448 or 1-800-733-2773.
