    Local Realtor has completed course

    Myrt Bauer, a licensed real estate broker who currently works Alain Pinel Realtors in Los Gatos, has successfully completed the Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate course in San Francisco. The course is part of the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is awarded to qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, which is part of the National Association of Realtors. A CCIM may specialize in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation or investment analysis.
