    Governor's Performance Award Money

    The California Department of Education is giving Los Gatos and Saratoga schools thousands of dollars because students improved their scores on the annual SAT9 test. All schools in the Los Gatos Union, Saratoga Union and Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School Districts, except Redwood Middle School in Saratoga, improved their scores and are getting the following amounts in governor's performance award money:

    Los Gatos Union School District
    Blossom Hill Elementary: $36,409
    Daves Avenue Elementary: $36,092
    Lexington Elementary: $9,941
    Louise Van Meter Elementary: $31,470
    Fisher Middle: $63,066

    Saratoga Union School District
    Argonaut Elementary: $37,738
    Foothill Elementary: $32,926
    Saratoga Elementary: $25,074
    Redwood Middle: $0

    Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District
    Los Gatos High: $90,610
    Saratoga High: $72,881
