    Sheriff's Report

    Assault With a Deadly Weapon/Assault and Battery/Intoxicated in Public--Feb. 4, 9:50 p.m. on Vista Arroyo Court. At 7:45 p.m., two subjects got into a physical fight at a restaurant in Campbell. After a few minutes, they moved the fight to Vista Arroyo Court, and the witnesses followed them. One of the suspects said that he drank approximately four shots of vodka, and the fight started again. The other suspect struck him on the back of the head with an empty vodka bottle. His friends took him to the hospital, where he received four stitches.

    Possession of Less than One Ounce of Marijuana--Feb. 4, 6:10 p.m. on Congress Springs Road. When the officer saw the suspect walking in the creek, the suspect hid behind a tree. The officer searched the area and found a small plastic container that contained 1.2 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe. The suspect said they were his, and the officer cited and released him at the scene.

    Petty Theft--Feb. 4, 11:45 a.m. on Devon Avenue. The victims were expecting certain items of mail to arrive. When they returned after being gone for five days, the items were not in the mailbox.

    Petty Theft--Feb. 2, 9:45 a.m. on Titus Avenue. On Jan. 31, an 11-year-old stole a candy bar from a school.
