    Point-Counterpoint

Few issues in recent political memory have aroused as much passion as the West Valley Mission Community College District's $68 million bond proposal, Measure E. And nowhere has the battle been waged more fiercely than in Saratoga, home to the West Valley College campus. On March 5, voters will go to the polls to decide the fate of Measure E. Over the past few weeks, the Saratoga News has covered this story in the news pages and in expanded commentary pages. In this final week before the election, we extended an invitation to both sides to submit their best arguments in 600 words.
