Residential burglary--Feb. 29, between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Big Basin Way. Forced entry was used to gain access to a dwelling in a remote rural area. Jewelry, coins, cameras, CDs and a handgun were removed.
Violation of court order--Feb. 26 at 3:45 p.m. on Bucknall Road. A woman reported that her ex-husband was seen in front of her son's preschool. She said she had a court order stating that he could not be within 200 yards of her son or herself.
Vandalism to school--Between Feb. 23 and Feb. 25 on Fruitvale Avenue. At Redwood School, an electrical panel had been broken into, and all wires had either been cut or pulled out of their terminals. A breaker panel had its lock pried off and all switches had been turned off. The timer for the lights and clocks was also destroyed.
Auto vandalism--Between March 2 at 10 p.m. and March 3 at 2:30 a.m. on Merida Lane. An unknown person threw a river rock at the rear hatchback of a vehicle while it was parked in front of the victim's house.
Armed robbery--March 3 at 7:40 p.m. on Cox Avenue. Two men entered Kelley's Liquors, brandished a handgun and demanded money. They took money from the store and from a victim's wallet and fled. They were not apprehended.
Assault with a deadly weapon--Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. on Cox Avenue. A man and woman became involved in a physical altercation at their residence. The woman allegedly stabbed the man in the chest with a kitchen knife, and the man allegedly grabbed the woman's head and smashed it into the kitchen wall and refrigerator. Both individuals were arrested.
Grand theft--Between Feb. 18 at 9:30 p.m. and Feb. 19 at 8:45 a.m. at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Brookwood Drive. A lock was cut and a bicycle removed from a carport.
Grand theft--Between Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. and Feb. 19 at 7:20 a.m. at 4th Street and Big Basin Way. A lock was cut and two bicycles removed from a carport.
Forgery--November 1995 at Mt. Eden and Pierce roads. A money order obtained through the mail was stolen and altered.
Burglary--Between Feb. 16 at 4 p.m. and Feb. 20 at 8:30 a.m. on Prospect Road. A lock was cut and dental supplies removed from Prospect Dental Care.
