The Shakespeare Festival actors will perform in Saratoga

On March 25, West Valley College hosts two actors from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival; Julie Grant and David Eric Thompson will perform excerpts from Shakespearean plays as well as works from classic and contemporary literature at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. in the campus theater. They will also conduct an actors' workshop at 12:30 p.m. There is no charge for the events, which are part of the Oregon festival's commitment to bringing theater to young people and young people to theater. After the last festival, teams of actors visited 283 schools and other organizations, reaching nearly 160,000 individuals in eight Western states, including Alaska.
