A hiring freeze has been implemented by the Saratoga City Council. The move will stop the search to fill four full-time, permanent positions within City Hall. But the freeze will not effect the city's search for a new city manager.
Although the council did not take a formal vote on the matter, Mayor Gillian Moran said the city "is not recruiting."
