Radio announcer has become a mainstay for the San Jose Sharks

Dan Rusanowsky, the play-by-play radio announcer for the San Jose Sharks, doesn't just love to broadcast Sharks games because he's a hockey nut. Rusanowsky said that broadcasting the games has allowed him to combine sports and creativity. "It really is an art to do what I do," said Rusanowsky, 40, who has lived in Saratoga with his wife, Karen, for the past four years. "Hockey is a very dramatic sport. I love the challenge of painting a picture on the radio for the listener."   More
