    Sheriff's Report

Vandalism to Residence--Mar. 18, 11:30 a.m. on Verde Vista Lane. The victim said that the night before, the unknown suspect(s) broke a solar light, valued at $25, on the foot path in front of his house. The deputy took a photo and submitted it as evidence at the substation.

Vandalism to Another Residence--Mar. 18, 10:50 a.m. on Tamworth Avenue. The victim said her husband heard a "loud bang" outside the house the night before. When the victim left her house the next morning, she saw that her mailbox, valued at $15, was knocked off its stand and that several plants had been pulled from her yard and tossed onto her car, which was parked in her driveway. The deputy took two photos and submitted them as evidence.

Vandalism to Vehicle--Mar. 17, 5 p.m. on Oak Street. After the reporting party parked his work van, he saw some children who appeared to be between 10 and 13 years old playing near it. He didn't think anything of it until his work partner saw the right-side mirror lying on the ground outside the van. The mirror had been removed from the casing, and there was no glass around the van. The reporting party didn't know the children, who were gone when the deputy arrived.
