Grand theft--between March 17 at 10 a.m. and March 18 at 9 a.m. on Chester Avenue. Unknown thieves removed a bicycle from a carport.
Vehicle burglary--March 22 between 8:40 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. on Herriman Avenue. An AM/FM compact disc player and speakers were removed from a car in the parking lot.
Residential burglary--March 19 between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Fruitvale Avenue. A burglar entered the victim's residence through an unlocked door and removed a watch, a laptop computer and a portable phone. The loss totaled $10,000.
Assault--March 22 at 1 a.m. on Paseo Cerro. Someone who was under the influence argued with the victim, then ran at her while yelling an obscenity.
Grand theft--between March 28 at 2 p.m. and March 29 at noon on Aspesi Drive. A pool sweep was disconnected and removed from a pool in a back yard.
Assault and battery (infor-mation report)--March 28 at 12:40 p.m. on Herriman Avenue. A woman told the suspect she wanted to end her relationship with him. The two argued and the victim got out of the car they were sitting in and ran. The suspect pursued her, grabbing the jacket she was carrying, then grabbing her arm.
Auto burglary--between March 19 at 7 p.m. and March 20 at 7 a.m. on Woodmont Drive. A compact disc player valued at $600 was removed from a car.
Grand theft--April 4 between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Verde Vista Lane. The victim and suspect, who had been boyfriend and girlfriend, broke off their relationship. The victim said things were missing from the house six hours after the suspect left.
