    Steven and Theresa Kraemer of Saratoga announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristi Ann Kraemer, to Atticus Charles Batacan, son of Ariel Batacan of Edison, N.J., and Rachelle Riego of San Mateo.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of Redondo Union High School and UCLA. She is the assistant director of stewardship at Stanford University.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Arroyo High School and is pursuing a bachelor of fine arts degree at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. He works for Touchlink in Burlingame.

    They plan a July wedding.

    Robert and Dorothy Billner of Saratoga announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Billner, to James Albright, son of Joseph and Patricia Nartowicz of Cumberland, R.I. and the late Francis Edward Albright III.

    The bride-to-be is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania. She is a cardiovascular nurse practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.

    Her fiancé is a graduate of Cumberland High School, Colby College and Hahnemann University Medical School. He is a otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.

    They plan an April 21 wedding.
