    Community reaches its goal

Small wonder there are broad smiles these days at the Southwest YMCA. Thanks to the recent community fundraising effort, 350 youngsters from low-income families in the area will be able to attend Y camp this summer. Local volunteers participated in the fundraiser which kicked off with a dinner Feb. 2 and concluded March 31 with the announcement that the campaign had succeeded in reaching its goal of $151,999.
