Robert and Dorothy Billner of Saratoga announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Billner, to James Albright, son of Joseph and Patricia Nartowicz of Cumberland, R.I., and the late Francis Edward Albright III.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of St. Francis High School, Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania. She is a cardiovascular nurse practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Cumberland High School, Colby College and Hahnemann University Medical School. He is an otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.
They plan an April 21 wedding.
