    Sheriff's Report

    Possession of Marijuana--April 5, 5:10 p.m., on Cox Avenue. A deputy stopped a car with expired tags and noticed a smell of marijuana coming from the driver. When the deputy asked the driver if he had any marijuana, the suspect took out a sandwich bag from his pocket that contained less than one ounce of marijuana.

    Industrial Accident--April 5, 10 a.m., on Dorsey Way. An employee was on the roof of a home helping to spread tarps because it was raining. When the employee went to step on the ladder, he slipped and fell 10 feet, landing on his back. The man was taken and admitted to the hospital with neck and back pain.

    Burglary--April 4, 7:15 p.m., on Cox Avenue. A locker belonging to a customer at a fitness center was broken into. The lock was cut off and a wallet containing cash and credit cards was taken.

    Vandalism--April 2, 2:50 p.m., on Trinity Court. The window of a car parked in front of a resident's home was smashed. Most of the glass from the passenger window was on the outside of the car in the gutter. Estimated damage is $400.
