Longtime valley residents have established roots and made friends, and they're living in one of the best places in the world. The climate is perfect; the scenery can't be beat, and the South Bay is not only the economic and technological center of the universe, it has also become home to a lively arts and cultural scene. Some argue that seniors might offer up their homes--for a price--if only there was appropriate housing for them in the West Valley.   More
