The engagement of Stephen Frank Romeo of Saratoga to Debra Ann Kemmer of Redwood City was announced recently. They plan to be married May 26 at Rengstorff House at Shoreline Park in Mountain View.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Sherlene Kemmer and the late Paul Kemmer of Redwood City. She graduated from San Mateo High School in 1984 and is the manager of Bank of the West in Palo Alto.

The bridegroom-elect, son of Frank and Jane Romeo of Saratoga, is a 1981 graduate of Lynbrook High School in Cupertino. He is vice president of Bank of Los Altos.

Following a honeymoon in Europe, they will reside in Mountain View.
