West Valley Republican Women will meet on Thursday, May 15, at 11:30 a.m. at the Saratoga Country Club, 21990 Prospect Rd., to hear speaker Floyd Kvamme, founder of the Technology Alliance, a coalition of Silicon Valley executives.
