Santa Clara County Sheriff's Deputies Brad Davis and Steve Grisenti participate in the riding portion of the 14th annual Pacific Grove Police Motorcycle Competition. This year, 14 two-officer teams from law enforcement agencies around the state competed. During the inspection portion of the competition, U.S. Marine Corps asked competitors questions to test their general knowledge of law enforcement and inspected their uniforms and bikes. To see how clean the bikes were, Marines wore white gloves and ran their fingers along them to see how much dirt, grease and grime showed up. The only things they found wrong with Davis' and Grisenti's bikes were a little dirt on a front tire and inside an exhaust pipe, which earned the deputies third-place medals.
