    Sheriff's Report

    Petty Theft--May 1, 10:30 a.m. on Devon Avenue. Unknown suspects took a birdbath worth $70 from a resident's front yard.

    Vandalism--April 30, 9 a.m. on Aspesi Drive. Unknown suspects used some kind of explosive to blow up a resident's mailbox.

    Vandalism--April 29, 10 a.m. on De Sanka Avenue. A resident's vehicle that was parked in front of his home was egged sometime between April 28 and April 29. There was minor paint damage to the vehicle.

    Drunk in Public--April 29, 7:10 a.m. on Quito Road. A deputy responded to a call and discovered a man asleep behind the wheel of his pickup truck, which had the keys in the ignition but was not running. The deputy noticed a very strong odor of alcohol and the man's eyes were bloodshot and his gait was unsteady. The deputy determined the man was too intoxicated to drive or care for himself and arrested him.

    Residential Burglary--April 28, 3:10 p.m. on Hill Avenue. Unknown suspects entered a studio that was unlocked and detached from the main house. Two framed paintings were taken.

    Vehicle Burglary--April 28, 12 p.m. on Camino Rico. A vehicle was broken into sometime during the previous night between 4 p.m. and midnight. There were no signs of forced entry, however, many items including a notebook computer were missing. There is no suspect information.
