He has been a management consultant for many years and is the author of Hiring Winners and Getting Hired: A Guide for Managers and Professionals. He is a frequent speaker at trade and professional associations and has been interviewed on nationally syndicated talk shows. PRx wins Mar.com award Saratoga resident Brenna Bolger's company PRx Inc. has won the 1996 Mar.com award for the best press kit. The award, one of 27 presented, went to PRx for its creation of the press kit for Webstock '96, an event showcasing the latest in online technology. The Marc.com Awards were held in Las Vegas in April in conjunction with the National Association of Broadcasters conference. Norcia promoted to clinical affairs director Lisa Norcia, a 1980 graduate of Saratoga High School and the daughter of Dominic and Lydia Norcia of Saratoga, has been promoted to director of clinical affairs of the Collagen Products Division of Datascope Corp. of New Jersey. Datascope is a designer and manufacturer of medical devices for the medical community. Norcia is a 1984 graduate of UC-Berkeley and resides in Manhattan. Saratoga National Bank announces dividend Saratoga Bancorp, parent company for Saratoga National Bank, announced a 10 cents per share cash dividend for shareholders as of April 29, 1997. The bank's net income for the quarter which ended March 31 was $279,000, up 38 percent from a year ago. Assets on March 31 were $122,944,000, up 19 percent from a year ago. Deposits increased 17 percent to $91,603,000. Net loans outstanding were $52,269,000, an increase of 47 percent Saratoga National Bank operates offices in Saratoga, Los Gatos and San Jose. Applicants sought for cable foundation's board of directors The Saratoga Community Access CableTelevision Foundation is seeking applications from citizens of Saratoga for a position on its board of directors. The foundation sets policy for the community access cable channel and encourages use of the channel. The citizen board member will serve a three-year term. Letters must be received by May 31, and interviews will be conducted prior to the board's meeting in June.
