Historical Characters

A sense of the past will be brought to Saratoga's July 4 celebration at Villa Montalvo when local citizens take on the personas of historical figures. Jack Mallory (left) will portray Thomas Jefferson; Fran Miller will be Betsy Ross; Willis Peck, Abraham Lincoln and Don Miller, Uncle Sam. The celebration runs from noon to 5 p.m. Shuttle buses will run from West Valley College's parking lot to Villa Montalvo.
