Hlava-Terry
Joyce and Richard J. Hlava of Saratoga have announced the engagement of their son John Jeffrey Hlava to Kate Adrienne Terry. They plan to be married August 17 in Chicago.
Kate is the daughter of Benita Takiff Terry of Chicago and the late Robert B. Terry. She graduated from Lincoln Park High School in Chicago and earned a degree in psychology at Boston University. Jeff, a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory, has degrees in philosophy and social ecology from University of California, Irvine. Jeff and Kate are both seniors at Loyola University School of Law in Chicago and plan to graduate in May.
