Burglary--between May 1 and May 7 at 7:30 a.m. on Kosich Drive. Unknown burglars entered a garage and removed tools. Deputies said the culprits used a vehicle in the theft.
Grand theft--April 30 between 7:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Glen Arbor Court. Unknown thieves entered a master bedroom during construction and removed a ring.
Petty theft--between March 8 and March 12 on Titus Court. The victim hired the suspect to do work on a house. The suspect and his workers were at the house on and off for five days. Later, the victim received a bank statement and discovered some checks were missing.
Theft by access-card information--between May 2 and May 6 on McCartysville Place. The suspect obtained the victim's credit card information and ordered merchandise through mail-order companies.
Malicious mischief--between April 27 at 4 p.m. and May 10 at 4 p.m. on Brookglen Drive. The victim had a hose cut and the pipe to the hose damaged.
Petty theft--May 7 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Fruitvale Avenue. The victim had an air conditioner removed from outside his/her apartment door.
