Public input sought on Azule Park plan
City staff recently mailed a short survey to residents around Azule Park, in an attempt to get public comment on future improvements to the park.
The public works department is developing a comprehensive plan for designing the park, and hopes to put the design before city council in August.
Over 500 of the surveys were mailed and citizens will have until May 31, to prioritize landscaping and recreation options on the survey and return it to the city.
The city will host its first community meeting to discuss public suggestions on Monday, June 4, at 7 p.m. at the senior center.
