Santa Clara Baseball School

The annual Santa Clara Baseball School returns to the Santa Clara University campus this summer under the direction of Broncos head coach Mike Cummins and assistant coach Lou Lucas.

Camps are open to players ages 9-16, and feature individualized instruction in defense, base running, sliding and hitting. There will be video analysis of each player, and each player will receive a camp T-shirt and be eligible for prizes in camp contests.

Sessions include:

* June 21-15--9 a.m.-noon, basic fundamentals and hitting; 1-2:30 p.m., pitching only;

* July 5-9--9 a.m.-noon, basic fundamentals and hitting; 1-2:30 p.m., pitching only;

* July 19-23--9-10:15 a.m., hitting only; 10:30-11:45 a.m., hitting only.

The cost is $110 for the complete camp, and $60 for the pitching only or hitting only camps. For more information, call 554-4680 or 267-3831.
