Saratoga NewsNews BriefsWVC senate has 'no confidence' in chancellor Tseng It seems summer vacation is not approaching on a happy note for West Valley-Mission Community College District Chancellor Rose Tseng. Mission's senate also entered a no-confidence vote last week after failing to get Tseng to agree to retire at the end of the year.
