Jacklin-Koechlin

Former Saratogan Beth Carol Jacklin married Carl David Koechlin on May 26 at the Cambridge Friends Meeting House in Cambridge, Mass., where the couple lives.

The bride, the daughter of Carol Nagy Jacklin of Williamsburg, Va. and Phillip Drummond Jacklin Jr. of Saratoga, graduated from Saratoga High School in 1981. She received an A.B. degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles and a master's degree in public health from Boston University. She works as a consultant in the field of violence prevention.

Her father provides real estate services with REMAX in Los Gatos. Her mother is the dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg.

Carl, the son of Patricia and Bernard Koechlin of Rockport, Mass., grew up in Montclair, N. J. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has a master's degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and develops affordable housing for a nonprofit organization.
