'Silver Pages' are a great reference
The Los Gatos Senior Consortium and the Los Gatos Community Foundation invite senior citizens to obtain a copy of the 2000 edition of the Los Gatos Silver Pages either online at the Los Gatos-Saratoga Department of Community Education and Recreation's website: www.lgsararec.org/silverpages.html, or by calling 408.354.1514 for pick-up hours and locations.
Not limited solely to Los Gatans, the Silver Pages provide seniors with a Yellow Pages-like listing of the dozens of information and referral services, elder abuse assistance, food and nutrition programs, fitness and health classes, transportation services, adult day-care providers and social and recreational opportunities.
