    Seasons change at Gallery Saratoga

    Throughout June, Gallery Saratoga's featured artist is Daryl J. Joseph. His exhibition, "Seasons," features original watercolors and limited edition prints of various landscapes in all seasons. Joseph's paintings are known for their richness of color and design.

    A reception for the artist takes place June 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. The public is welcome. Regular hours for the gallery, at 14531 Big Basin Way, Unit 3, are Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 867-0458.

    Educator speaks to West Valley Republican Women

    The West Valley Republican Women, Federated, invites the public to its June 10 luncheon, at 11:30 a.m. at the Saratoga Country Club, 21990 Prospect Road. This month's speaker is noted educator and lecturer Dr. Gloria Hom, chairperson of the Mission College Economics Department and division chair for its Social Science Division. She is also a trustee emeritus of the California State University System and the immediate past chairperson of the Santa Clara County Republican Central Committee. Former U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush have both appointed her to federal advisory committees.

    Cost for the luncheon and program is $12.50 per person. For reservations or more information, call Kay Eshleman at 354-3373.

    International music highlights Ragazzi concert

    Ragazzi, the Peninsula Boys Chorus, performs its spring family concert, Hands Around the World, on June 13 at 4 p.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 13601 Saratoga Ave.

    The concert features more than 100 boys and young men singing festive international songs from many countries. Participants are from the youngest members of the Ragazzi training group to the oldest member of the Young Men's Ensemble.

    Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and children under 12. For more information, call (650) 342-8785.

    Ragazzi was founded in 1987, and the artistic director is co-founder Joyce Keil. Ragazzi provides musical training to boys who love to sing.
