Seville Properties, a residential real estate brokerage business, will open a new office August 1 in the old Glendale Federal Savings building at 12200 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.
According to manager Kirk Mahncke, the 5,000-square-foot building is undergoing major remodeling and will accommodate 35 real estate brokers, agents and staff.
Many of the current staff members in their Cupertino office will be moving over to the new Saratoga location.
Mahncke said the company has been active in the Los Gatos-Saratoga market since its founding in 1979 and that it was time it had a physical presence in Saratoga.
Seville Properties has three other offices--in Cupertino, Menlo Park and Los Altos.
