Burglary-- 9:35 p.m., June 12 on Prospect Road. A closed business's interior-motion alarm went off. Upon investigating, the owners found a broken window and $135 missing from the register.
Grand Theft-- Between April 15 and June 12 on Edinburgh Drive.
A woman reported a missing pearl necklace valued at $1,000. She had reason to believe it was taken by contractors who had access to her home.
Forged Check--Between May 31 and June 10 on Belaire Court. The victim discovered a check for $70 missing from her bank balance. Her ex-boyfriend had taken the check and given it to his girlfriend, who signed it and cashed it in at the victim's bank. The girlfriend's mother confirmed that it was her signature.
