Sheriff's Report

Found Property--July 21, 2 p.m., on Glen Brae Drive. A resident found a set of keys on the ground and turned them into the Westside Substation. No one claimed the keys, so they were turned into the evidence room for proper storage.

Assault With Deadly Weapon--July 20, 7 p.m., on Sobey Meadows Court. The victim is a landscape foreman who provides the suspect with a ride to work every morning. A week prior to the altercation, the suspect missed a ride to work with the foreman and was very upset by it. The suspect later attacked the victim with a shovel at a worksite in Saratoga. The foreman later required medical attention to his left shoulder.

Residential Burglary--July 19, 2 p.m., on Saratoga Creek Drive. Unknown suspects entered an open garage and stole two mountain bikes valued at $800 total.
