Eva Delitha Bryer and Dr. Bardia Pezeshki were married June 19 at Hakone Gardens in Saratoga.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Judith Bryer of Saratoga. A graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, Calif. and the School for International Training in Vermont, she is a self-employed midwife and cross-cultural trainer.

The bridegroom is the son of of Dr. Guity Nozari of Huntington Beach and the late Dr. Houshang Pezeshki. A graduate of Los Alamitos High School, Harvey Mudd College in Claremont and Stanford University--from which he received his master's and doctoral degree--he is a staff scientist with SDL Inc. in San Jose.

The couple reside in San Jose.
