Saratoga Chamber's new newsletter hits street

The Saratoga Business Focus, published by the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, has a new look created in part by new executive director Abby Krimotat.

Krimotat's name appears above the first column on the newsletter, describing the benefits of West Valley College's CalWorks, a work-placement program.

The new newsletter has been mailed out to Chamber members, and is also available in the Chamber of Commerce office, 20460 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road.

Realty group gets new name, location

What used to be PenWest, the local association of Realtors, is getting a makeover in more ways than one.

Befitting the region, the group will now be called the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. Also befitting the region, the group is changing its official location to one of the technology-funding capitals, San Antonio Road in Los Altos.

The group kicked off its name change by showing off a new logo and hosting a party at its new home at 345 S. San Antonio Rd., Los Altos, 94022. The organization's phone number is (650) 941-8800.
