Saratogan earns awards

Saratogan Millie Bobroff, who writes under the pen name Ludmilla Alexander, recently received two awards from the Society of American Travel Writers' Western Chapter at its annual meeting in Montreal, Canada. Bobroff received a second-place award and an honorable mention for articles she had entered in the chapter's annual travel-writing contest. The second-place article, titled "Peak Performance," focused on skiing at Whistler Mountain. She also received an honorable mention in the adventure travel category.
