    Sheriff's Report

    Possession of marijuana--Aug. 4, 11:30 a.m. on Quito and Bicknell Road. Deputies stopped a suspect for driving with no seatbelt and spotted marijuana in the ashtray. The suspect acknowledged it was his and handed it to the deputy. The suspect was cited and deputies booked the marijuana into evidence.

    Petty theft--July 31, 7:30 p.m. on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road. A female victim came to work with $300 in her wallet and placed her purse and wallet unsecured in the business breakroom. The following day, the victim noticed that the cash and her driver's license were missing. No suspect information was available.

    Vandalism--July 31, 6:30 p.m. on Biarritz Drive. A subject parked her car in a garage overnight and returned to find that the vehicle had been vandalized. The suspect left a 10-inch scratch on the rear passenger door and a 12-inch scratch on the front passenger door. No suspect information was available.

    Petty Theft--July 31, 3 p.m. on Big Basin Way. A female subject discovered that her and her husband's passports were missing. The subject had kept them on the counter of their business.
